  • Good time killer for a minute.

    Poorly written stories, scam subscriptions, worst customer service(aka nonexistent) I’ve endured in quite awhile, but does contain a few gems. Was going great, found multiple “books” that caught my attention and foolishly decided to take advantage of a trial offering 1000 coins per month. Never got the coins and canceled so it wouldn’t auto renew .. then lost all my progress. This was AFTER a glitch that ate my daily coins and repeated a chapter, sent message to “customer service” and crickets. I would definitely recommend collecting daily coins and having patience, app too glitchy and scammy to justify spending any real money on with current fake customer service. And no, I’m not emailing anyone else. Oh, and I’d strongly encourage authors to contract with proofreaders. Some of these stories one can tell English is the author’s second language that they haven’t been speaking long enough to attempt to write a story. Others are just filled with stupid errors, like missing spaces between words that ruin the experience.

  • BUYER BEWARE!!!

    Like others, I rated this app 5 stars just to get my review posted. I should have read the reviews first before downloading. Stories are badly written, but I was bored and became mildly interested in a couple of them. However, each story requires a large number of coins for each chapter or an hours long wait period for the next chapter. So I decided to sign up for a 3-day free trial to see if it would be worth it. I didn’t realize at the time that after the free trial, I’ll be charged $7.99 a WEEK (!) for the subscription. This is insane! These stories are nowhere worth that. However, even with the subscription, I can’t open any of the stories without coins or waiting, so I’m not even sure what the subscription is for. The whole thing is just a scam. I have canceled my subscription and I’ve taken a screenshot of the cancellation to prove I did it 24 hours before the renewal. I’ve read other people have been charged over and over again even after cancelling, but I’m prepared to fight this if it happens. Once I’ve confirmed I’m not going to be charged, I’ll delete the app. What a waste!

  • Time reset

    I would’ve given 5 starts regardless of the grammatical and spelling errors however I’m giving only two because I’m frustrated. There is nothing more frustrating than have to wait 8 hours to read a 3 minute snippet of a story only to select said story to notice that you can’t read it just yet because the time has reset back to 8 hours again. So you choose another story to read to help kill time. You come back another 8 hours later to read both and are only able to read one of them because now the time on the other has reset back to 8 hours. This has happened several times and I’m about to delete this app! So many people have complained about many issues this app has and it seems as though not much is being done to resolve the issues. I love reading the stories when I’m actually able to but if this issue isn’t fixed I’m deleting this app.
