I’ve used several banks in the past, including several that have spent hundreds of millions moving to the cloud. You’d think the big banks would have a better online experience, but they don’t match Middletown Valley Bank’s app and website experience. This app used to work well.
This app used to work well now it seems to take 10 times to take a picture of the back of the check to get it to go through. Please fix this, as I really don’t want to go to another bank, but if this persists, I have no choice.TheAgent4587
