Baristas Need More Training
I really do like your coffee shop and the beverages you offer, but this isn’t the first time you have sent emails to customers and the baristas have no idea what the promos are. You recently updated your app, that’s great, but your baristas are completely unfamiliar with it and can’t assist customers. Finally, if there’s a holiday and/or promotion going on, you have to have more than one barista scheduled. It’s unfair for one person to have to handle the volume of customers and drinks. Sharing these issues with respect in the hope that things will improve.

Doesn’t work
App keeps asking for my phone number and when I put it in it says it already exists. I can’t log in because it won’t let me use my number to verify. I just want to order a coffee why does it need my phone number in the first place? Probably to sell it so I can get more spam calls. I like foxtail coffee but this app is trash

Less Functionality
I updated the app today and had immediate regrets. Visually, it looks better but now it doesn’t allow you to customize an order as well as the old version. I really don’t want to go to Sbux but I also don’t want to wait in the long lines on the weekend at my local Foxtail to get the drink I want.

The drinks, the staff, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Definitely a place if you want to come and study catch up with some friends or just have a solo coffee date.

Simple and easy to use. The addition of food modifications, not just notes, would make it better.
The Matcha drink is delicious
I love their banana Matcha iced drink. It is absolutely delicious but I do not like it’s a long wait even if you order online the way is still pretty long. One of the servers was so he fixed a drink. He thought it might be too sweet. absolutely love this place The weight is just a bit long maybe if they had a self pick up

App makes it super easy to order in advance if you’re in a rush. My only request for an upgrade would be to allow digital gift cards or the ability to add a gift card to the app.

Great coffee. Great atmosphere
Love this place. I’d go every morning for my coffee if I could. People are so nice and I love sitting outside doing my bible study while drinking my delicious cafe latte.
