Janky UI and Requirements
The app’s UI had many technical issues, such as crashing / experiencing weird behavior when using autocomplete.
Adding a phone number was disastrous as the number keypad was not well integrated with the app.
The app requires your credit card even if you don’t intent to use it to pay.
The app also has other interesting UI decisions such as showing reservation times that are already taken, to name one.
Overall very poor!
