  • Potential

This game looks good and has bags of potential. However, as soon as I saw buying packs and coins I deleted the game. Why can’t these developers just sell the games at a one off price. I would quite happily pay ten pounds for a game like this every year.

    Developer Response

Hi. Thanks for the message. If you play the game for a while, you will realise that you do not have to buy anything to play the game completely. Packs and coins are in the game for those who want to accelerate their gameplay and get further, quicker. If you're patient with the game and happy to play it at your own pace, you won't need to buy anything. We've purposely built the game to not be pay-to-play (as the game was built out of frustration with other games that were like that) but we've added that option in for those who want to use it. Hope that helps.
  • Mid card

Just wondering how many matches to get promoted up to mid card

    Developer Response

Moving up levels is based on your level. Once you proceed to level 17, you'll be eligible for the mid card for many of the earlier UK promotions. As you progress further, you'll keep moving up the card for different promotions in the game. Hope that helps.
  • Fun but Grindy

The game has been entertaining, and I do appreciate how much it goes into the “behind the scenes” of wrestling. That being said though, it has gotten really hard to level up after level 10.
  • Decent outing

If you’re a wrestling fan, you’ll enjoy this game.
It has a solid foundation, there is so much they can do to expand this game like have your wrestler keep their stats instead of resetting each level up, forming alliances, tag teams, weekly rankings within each promotion.
It gets repetitive after awhile, but it’s addicting and I look forward to the future.

  • Great game with a lot of potential

When I first saw this game pop up on my recommended list, I was a bit cautious. Mobile wrestling games tend to either be button mashers that treat wrestling as a real sport or booking sims filled with fake wrestlers and promotions. When I saw that it was a true wrestling simulator with real wrestlers and promotions, I was very excited. As a wrestling fan, this is what I’ve been wanting for years.

For the most part, it met my expectations. The mini-games are challenging, I like the system of having to buy petrol to get to your bookings as it adds realism, and it was really cool to interact with some of the big names in British wrestling.

I do agree with one of the previous reviews that it feels a bit grindy at times and like it takes a long amount of game time to make any sort of progress. While I like the petrol system, the contracts system feels a bit unnecessary and can lead to the game grinding to a halt if you don’t have enough and the game shop won’t let you buy more. There also appears to be a bug when trying to negotiate for fewer dates where the promoter thinks you’re asking for more money and refuses.

The dirt sheet system is bizarrely random, but I get that that’s intended and so I didn’t hate it.

All in all, I do recommend this to any wrestling fan and look forward to seeing the game develop with the extra additions that are planned.

  • Great potential

The game is very good, but repetitive, and has many ads, although I understand it is needed to fund the game. I just hope that the dev/s keep working on it and don’t leave it for dead, because it could be a really great game

    Developer Response

Thanks for the feedback. We're definitely not going to leave it for dead! We're adding more and more new features every week. Keep following us on social media to find out the latest. Also, there's a no ads pack that you can purchase to remove ads from your game - if that's any use to you. You can find it at the bottom of the extras store in the shop area.
  • Why‽

*slaps head* because I saw Simon Miller in the preview photos!
  • Has to restart from beginning

I was really enjoying the game until i bought a new outfit and game froze and made me start from scratch😐
  • Great concept needs work

On paper this seems like the dream game for me, however after a couple of hours I realised I don’t think I actually enjoyed the game after the first 5 minutes. It’s incredibly repetitive (this is coming from someone who adores kairosoft games) with nothing really to engage the user apart from hey if you grind 20 more levels you’ll be an uppercarder for this promotion, which doesn’t really do anything but change the consumables you have to use. Fingers crossed it improves in time with new mini games, maybe a feud or storyline system of some sort, tag teams (given the grizzled young veterans introduce you and each promotion has at least one referenced in game tag team on their roster list I’m guessing this was originally intended or is coming soon) or even adding midcard belts or making the grind to champion at the first promotions quicker because off the bat I’m guessing a lot of people get bored long before they become champion. There’s potential for a good game in here somewhere, but it’s definitely a diamond in much need of polishing

    Developer Response

Thanks for the review. All the ideas that you've mentioned are all coming soon. As a free game that was self funded, we could only do so much before the funds ran out. Now that the game is out, we're building on top of it. Some of the new features coming in the next few months include feuds, tag team options and also mid card titles (as well as a few others). So keep supporting us so that we can get to that stage and make the game as we originally intended it to be.
  • Good
