Latest update
Supposed to fix disconnected hydrometer. Well, it’s now disconnected and I cannot get it reconnected. Rebooted the base. No change. Rebooted the hydrometer. No change. Update seems to do the opposite even though it does look like it is reading the temp and humidity.
Extremely useful
I use the app for the last year. I live in a winter (dry) environment. I applied many recommendations that I received and I confirm how easy it is to manage my collection. Thanks to the Klaro team.
Great App
Helps me keep an eye on the temperature and humidity no matter where I am. Also it helps keep track of how many cigars, and how which cigars I currently have. This is nice, if I unexpectedly stop in a cigar shop, I can check what I have and what I need.

Great app and humidor
The app is fantastic made makes seasoning of the humidor very easy. The case elegance humidor fantastic best humidor I’ve ever ever ever had. Highly recommend the humidor and the app.
Few issues but great customer service
I use the app daily. the cloud service was interrupted twice shortly after getting my humidor, but was quickly resolved. Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful.
pretty cool
I have had for a month or two and I do like it. The app still needs some minor tweaks and during an update I had issues. That being said the guys worked relentlessly in correcting my issue, and added the ability to make comments in the cigar journal !!!
If they provide the ability to use two separate sensors at the same time, it will really be awesome.
Still worth getting it does seem accurate.

Great Monitor
I spent a few weeks looking for a modern humidor. This was the only brand, Case Elegance, that had something modern. It definitely met my expectations, nice humidor, nice monitoring app. I wasn’t a fan of the subscription just to use historical data. Although the customer service team helping me with setting up two monitors, always keeping me updated made up for it.

Accurate,Simple,Amazing
The title says it all. I really enjoy the simplicity of keeping a good monitor on my Humidor and the treasures inside.
Works decently
The valet has had several disconnects between the bridge and the hygrometer but usually reconnects itself with no issues. The only real issue I’ve had with it is having to calibrate the hygrometer. The salt method seems to work the best followed by wrapping it in a damp cloth after adjusting the humidity.
