Terrible update
The latest update is terrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. It totally bricked my Bluetooth connection between the earphones. You need to rush a new update immediately. I will never recommend this product anyone.
Headphones don’t even work
The headphones are bad. I can’t even use them because the case doesn’t charge them. I got these with a order from Jostens when I ordered a class ring. Not only is my ring being delayed 2 entire months the sad excuse of headphone I got with it I can’t even use them.

Downloaded this APP to iPhone 15 - doesn’t Pair! So I can’t use Equaliser!! I have 3 other Headphone Sets, they paired perfectly with my iPhone via APPLE APP STORE ? I deleted CLEER+ APP (Alpha Headphones) & re-installed 3 times, Equaliser is nowhere to be Found. Plus when you Download APP once it appears on iPhone Screen twice. I Deleted 1 APP & both APPS disappeared from Screen. Re-Installed once again, 2 APPS appeared ? Never had this problem with any of the many APPS I have Downloaded thru the APP Store…all very strange. APP created is Chinese..so is CLEER Inc an American or Chinese Company ?

Case touch problem
Problem with case touch screen after updating firmware. Pair resume every time when opening the software
No problem with Alpha
I’ve had no problem with using the app with Alpha headphones. It’s operated as expected on both an iPad and iPhone with the ability of connecting to 2 devices at the same time; whichever is playing last takes priority.
Doesn’t work
Like a lot of others, app simply shows that its paired with no other options. Pointless!

No fuction
The app only pairs and has no earbud control functions whatsoever
Horrible so far
3rd time using the headphones, suddenly can only use one ear or the other. App is only recognizing one despite both being paired. Headphones are completely useless. Hoping cleer has decent customer support.
Cleer + app latest version 2.0.5 crashes when you open on iPhone! Later versions worked.
The head phones get 4 star. The software latest version app sucks, crashes!
