Waste of time
This is the most pathetic and useless apps ive ever come accross, leave it out what a joke
App tells me I’m paired…
…but nothing else! Yeah I know I’m paired, I’m listening to music.
Hoping to have some eq and volume adjustments along with the functions the paper manual says I’ll have in the app but nope, nothing but a screen that says ‘paired’. Yay

App just shows "paired"
Doesn't have any other function, just shows pairing and then paired. Looking to adjust the settings on my Ally Plus II but I can't!
Very Impressed
Connects seamlessly with my Cleer Ally Plus II. The Mimi integration is a beautiful thing and all the options make this an audiophile’s dream.
Cleer Ally Plus 2
Just bought these expensive earbuds expecting to connect to the app that controls noise cancellation etc but it just stays stuck on the paired screen and doesn’t do anything else - it doesn’t go to a control screen or anything - it’s just stuck on the paired logo. Not good considering how much the earbuds cost and the app not working pretty much renders the earbuds useless!

This app doesn’t work
The app goes no further than saying that the headphones are paired, so you can’t make any adjustments as claimed
Needs work but I’m willing to wait
The basic functionality is there. There’s a bunch of preset EQs and 2 custom EQs to mess around with as needed. It would be nice if they’d show you the EQ settings and let you tweek them. A better EQ would be nice too, like an 8-band EQ (please!!)! The app should remember your device as well.
Putting some work into the app would send a “Cleer message” that Cleer audio is a quality product. The user interface GUI is goes a long way in communicating what kind of product/company you are. Look at Apple, haha, but seriously.

Missing Basic Functionality
Sent this in via the app, but it is annoying to have to select the device I have EVERY time I use the app. The simple recognition of the devices associated with the app and that are being connected is a basic function which should not be missing in 2022. In contrast, the Sony headphones app for my >$80 WF-C500 remembers device and last settings along with a other minor trivial functions designed to enhance the user experience. This app needs a significant update to match the level of the hardware is is associated with.

App doesn’t work
Earbuds pair and that is all the app does. Very disappointed
Cleer alpha
Connected and worked perfectly. I see reviews for other models though so it seems like the app isn’t quite calibrated for each model.
