Device Help - Not Much Help
Other than the Tap For a Checkup function that provides no actual details of what the checkup discovered, none of the menu items does more than take me to a blank page. I’ll be reclaiming that 64MB right away.paydreau
Useless waste of 64 MB
“Device checkup” is the only thing in this app that actually does anything, and it only works once and fails to allow a repeat checkup. And the checkup itself fails to provide any quantitative data. The rest of this app are just a bunch of very basic tutorial videos.
I used the checkup, it told me that my Wi-Fi was turned off, and nothing else. I turned the Wi-Fi on, the app failed to update this info, and there was no way to reset the app and try again. So I erased the app. Tried it again, and now it told me that 4 areas of my phone were “ok” without any other data. Wouldn’t even provide me with how much battery life I have left, or how fast my connections are.
