You can now register or login to the app with your Apple, Google or Facebook account instead of your Allsup account email address and password. Simply use the desired social media account button. You can also associate your existing Allsup account with a social media account and use that instead of your Allsup email address and password.

Scan documents correctly the first time. The app now has a document scanning feature to make document images higher quality and easier to read. The app includes Genius Scan, a trusted document scanning tool, which uses the camera to find a document, scan, resize, adjust, and provide a clean image to upload to your account. Allsup customers can easily scan and upload medical and other documents. Allsup Employment Services customers will find scanning and uploading pay stubs simpler.

Thank you for using the Allsup mobile app. We regularly update the app with new features to help you better manage your Allsup account. These updates can also include bug fixes and performance improvements. You can now use your biometric data to login to the Allsup app. You will need to have Face ID or Touch ID enabled on your device. Then you can associate your Allsup login credentials with your biometric data on your device. You will need to login with your email address and password and then the app will prompt you to set up Face ID or Touch ID. After you have set up Face ID or Touch ID, the next time you open the app, it will immediately attempt to run your biometric scan.

You can now use your biometric data to login to the Allsup app. You will need to have Face ID or Touch ID enabled on your device. Then you can associate your Allsup login credentials with your biometric data on your device. You will need to login with your email address and password and then the app will prompt you to set up Face ID or Touch ID. After you have set up Face ID or Touch ID, the next time you open the app, it will immediately attempt to run your biometric scan.

The Allsup app contains new functionality allowing you to more easily manage your account information as an Allsup or Allsup Employment Services customer. Here’s what’s new: All Users • Manage Profile. We’ve replaced our “Change Password” feature with “Manage Profile” in the app. You can find “Manage Profile” under the sidebar menu in the app. Here you can update your mailing address, phone numbers, email address, texting consent, password, and security questions. • Find important documents. Now, by clicking “Important Documents” in the sidebar menu, you can find the same documents in the app that are stored in your Allsup online account. Allsup Customers If you have a Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claim with us, we’ve added functionality that allows you to easily update your medical information and communicate with us directly. Now you can: • Make medical updates from the app home page. This is the same “Medical Updates” questionnaire you see when you login to your Allsup account online. You can provide updates on doctor visits, medical tests, medications and more. • Contact your Claims Consultant via the app. When someone is assigned, you’ll see their name and buttons that allow you to call or email your consultant directly.* Find this information on the app homepage and under “Contact Us/FAQs”. (*This functionality may not be available for all accounts.) Allsup Employment Services Customers If you are working with AES as part of the Ticket to Work program, you can still securely submit your pay statements through the app. In addition, you can now: • Contact your Vocational Case Manager via the app. When someone is assigned, you’ll see their name and buttons that allow you to call or email your case manager directly. Find this information under “Contact Us/FAQs.” Enjoy these new features and watch for more! The AllsupES Work app is now the Allsup app! We have expanded this tool for our clients. Our Allsup Employment Services clients can continue to securely submit pay statements to AES for the Ticket to Work program. We are excited to announce that now, clients of Allsup and our Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) representation services, can securely check the status of their case, learn about the SSDI process, and submit documents to Allsup.
