App isn’t working
My app is updated to most recent version and claims it has no internet connectivity every time I try to log on. I can’t view my account at all but can change my password or view my profile. So I know it’s not a connection issue.Developer Response

I can not access the app. It says no connectivity…. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, that didn’t help! I don’t have an option to update the app! This app has been like this for a while now! It frustrates me! I want to be able to just log in and make my payments, or see my account info! This is not user friendly!!Show lessDeveloper Response

Every app on my phone, and I have a bunch, works except this one. I was able to open it twice when I first downloaded it acouple of weeks ago, and now I keep getting a message upon sign in that I have “no internet connectivity or slow conectivity” and to check my internet settings. That’s funny because I get into every other app inluding all the financial apps and safari internet app just fine. Maybe this is a developer issue and not an individual internet connectivity issue. 👎🏾Show lessDeveloper Response
