Difficulty navigating app
Not sure when the app changed but I never noticed having a hard time seeing my credit limit, balance, due date, amount and past payments and monthly statements. I figured out where my payment history is and statements. And I can open the statement to see what my credit limit is and due date etc. more convenient when it is there when you open it. Also, if I’ve already paid my limit and get on next pay to see if I owe, I do this every pay with each bill, it says minimum payment met and that’s it. Helpful to say that along with payment and amount and due date.

They took an overpayment of $4500 on my credit card and took over 30 days to return the funds to my bank. I made 4-5 phone calls over the month to try to get the return initiated. They lied to me on several occasions and told me the return had been initiated when it had not and I had to keep calling. Do not attempt to use this credit card under any circumstances for you will be denied n for a major headache at some point. Customer service is useless to resolve issues, and managers are hostile and uncooperative, and try to blame you for their own errors. Above all that can’t be trusted not to keep your money for 30 days extra, and lie to you about it the whole way. Beware!! Stay away!!!

Still charge interest after I paid full balance before due date.
One of the worst credit card. Beware that once you start using the card and you make minimum payment, and the you decide to make full payment you will still be charge interest. I had a balance of 2500 that carried for a few months so it made sense that I was getting charged interest. Then I decided to pay the full balance on my current statement before the due date but I realize that there was still another interest charge of $63 as a balance after they applied my full balance payment which do not make sense. I paid 3 other card full balance at the same time and none of the other cards had another balance after full statement balance payment. When i called for explanation, I’m told that once you carry a balance, you can’t pay the full balance once because of you pay it once, you still got charged daily for interest so you will still have the residual interest charge to you after you pay off, This is reduculous…
