No Internet Connectivity

Every app on my phone, and I have a bunch, works except this one. I was able to open it twice when I first downloaded it acouple of weeks ago, and now I keep getting a message upon sign in that I have “no internet connectivity or slow conectivity” and to check my internet settings. That’s funny because I get into every other app inluding all the financial apps and safari internet app just fine. Maybe this is a developer issue and not an individual internet connectivity issue. 👎🏾
