Once you use the app, an upgrade banner might pop up, but after you close it, it will not appear again. You get free instant access to valuable memory methods immediately when you download the app at no cost. Our optional premium plans offer great value for those interested in more advanced features. For example, the Premium Student Plan is only $3.49/month (when billed annually and might be 10-20% more due to local taxes) and comes with a 7-day free trial for premium plans that is easy to opt out of. Our team understands how important transparency and control are when using an app. That is why we have notification settings in your profile section, where you can easily modify the type of push notifications you receive—they are only related to the user learning journey. We included this feature because many users want to be notified of their next available transfers, streaks, lessons, etc. (This improves learning). In summary, you have full control over the type of notifications you receive, if any. Similarly, with the emails, there is a button where you can easily unsubscribe from emails within the email—these are also only related to your learning journey. We have checked all of our systems; everything is up and running, and you are indeed able to reach out to us via the app. Also, you can always exit your Virtual Mind Palace by tapping the three lines at the top of your screen. Everything inside the app and the music are designed to enhance your memory enablement. As the app is also co-created by a 2x World Memory Champion, the flow of your learning is the best that it can be, and we are constantly improving the app on top of that. My memory has been one of the biggest worry for me since I was a kid as I’ve never taken the time to develop it when I was young and I’m really hoping this app is what I’ve been looking for, let’s see what comes next but so far it’s impressive!
