Hello, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention - we are working on a resolution and will have an update as soon as possible.I’m a first time buyer with this company. Filed a claim over a month ago, got one response weeks later. Now I’ve submitted all of my claim information and have been waiting waiting for weeks for an approval or something. Still haven’t heard anything back. Maybe I should’ve trusted the negative reddit reviews about this company. This is Very frustrating.
Received email to log in. Been trying 3 days and never get authentication email back from app. Completely useless.
