AccessMLS is the first voice browser providing professional real estate brokers and agents access to MLS listings services entirely by voice commands and questions with spoken responses. Designed for use on-the-go on an iPhone or an iPad, AccessMLS can be used entirely hands-free and eyes-free making it ideal for use when access to full MLS search applications is not available or not feasible.
Brokers and agents can use any of the three voice query types that AccessMLS supports - finding property details by ZIP Code or Town/City Name and Street Number, finding properties by type and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and finding properties by GPS location based on where the broker or agent is located and on a selected search radius. In each case the query can also be by MLS Status including Active, Contingent, Pending and Sold.
If a broker or agent switches on more than one query type and more than one MLS Status, AccessMLS will ask which one is required. Brokers and agents can choose which capabilities they want to use and can change that at any time.
AccessMLS understands over 300 real estate specific voice commands, question types and simple natural language questions. This includes synonyms (Voice Command Synonyms) allowing brokers and agents to ask, for example, for square footage, number of square feet or living area to get the size of the property.
AccessMLS also supports Voice Command Macros. These allow a single word command to trigger a complex query on multiple MLS system data fields with a single aggregated spoken answer. For example, the single command Overview can generate a complete spoken overview of the property including the property details, the full property description and the private remarks. Exactly what is spoken for any of the Voice Command Macros can be simply defined by the broker or agent.
AccessMLS can send details of a property or a list of properties it has found to an email address on command with the emails personalized with the brokerage and agent details allowing them to be shared with clients. You can also ask AccessMLS to call the agent which will trigger an iPhone phone call or ask AccessMLS for directions to a property which will trigger route options in Apple Maps on either an iPhone or iPad. Other integrations with the iPhone or iPad include support for AirPlay and Bluetooth. The AccessMLS spoken output can be diverted to any AirPlay device through an AccessMLS built-in AirPlay menu.
AccessMLS also has a demonstration mode that allows all of the commands and options to be tried out against an anonymized property record. The help files are also voice enabled allowing help information to be spoken.
AccessMLS has three simple subscription options for three months, six months or twelve months. Downloading AccessMLS is free and use of the demonstration mode does not require a subscription allowing brokers and agents to try AccessMLS before subscribing.
