It says I’m connected by bluetooth yet when I try to chose a color on my phone it just won’t change. Sometimes it works and a lot of the time it doesn’t. App needs some work but when it does decide to do what I tell it to it’s awesome!
I ordered a 2 pack of 50ft LED Strips. After some package delay the package finally came. The boxing was different from the photographs, but I didn’t care. The next day I set it up for about an hour, then I turned it on. It met all of my expectations and I downloaded this app and I had full control of the light color, light clock, and light mode. I only used one of the rolls because my room only needed 1, 2 would be too much. In conclusion I’d give this product/app a 5⭐️ review.
Yall need to fix the connection between the lights and the phones because its horrible if I knew how bad it was i would have gotten different lights because its very frustrating getting them to connect and then half the time they disconnect in the middle of me using them
Okay, I love this app and the led strips are good quality but something weird is happening. I have two led strips bordering the walls of my room, when I was hanging them up half of both of the led strips just stopped working, and then they turned back on then off again. It still showed great and the colors were nice. Just recently when I turn it on the color white one of the strips is white and one is green, when one is pink, one is orange, and when it’s purple it’s red. I don’t know what’s happening with it, I tried unplugging it, resetting my phone but it’s still this way. The only thing that sort of works is when I turn it green and the other one is teal. That’s the closest I get to the same color. Please fix this. Kind regards, Omigom
It works fine, it changes the color and brightness of my leds, no bugs, nothing.
The lights does not turn on/off as scheduled. Seems the Mohuan app gets time from somewhere, but not locally from my phone (IPhone). Please fix it.
I can’t even change the color. The only colors that work are yellow green and teal when I want a darker blue I can’t get that like the original blue that you get when you first get the controller but mine didn’t even come with a controller so I had to download the app after a few days the only color that I could use was green but then I started to play around with it all the way to see what colors I could use. I found out that I could use the colors yellow and teal which is what I said originally I really don’t want to take. These led lights down because I really like them. I feel as though they add more pizzazz to my room, but I might have to take them down. I see a lot of other people saying the same thing how the color is the same and how it won’t change to other colors and I’m wondering why they haven’t done something about this I mean The last update was seven months ago, so I’m wondering why there’s no update after seeing all these ratings…
When I bought the led lights they worked just fine, I had put them up and then used them for about two days until they randomly stopped working. The app on my phone for the lights didn't match up with the colors. For example, every time I wanted teal they would give me green and so on for the rest. Then my remote stopped working completely so the only way I could use them would be on the app. The only colors that work are red, green, yellow, orange. I don't know what to do about it or how to fix it.
yall are trippin this app is literally so good it’s better than the remote control I have because whenever I click on like some buttons it’s a different color and this app is way better 😭 so idk what yall on abt but this app deserves a 5 for me
this is absolutely amazing if you know how to actually use it I’ve been seeing these comments and they’re saying it’s bad, but I figured out how to turn it actually off and on and with the timer for it turn off at the time I said it it also says bug fixed. So if people learn how to actually use it, it would’ve been better for them! It changes the color to what I wanted and absolutely amazing!
