Lights don’t turn on. They connect to my phone but they won’t turn on. The remote doesn’t even work either.!.lcqq

Don’t get this app I tried to connect to the Bluetooth and stuff and it won’t change the lights and EVERYTIME you leave the settings for Bluetooth and doesn’t connect even when you try to connect.dallis1234667

It’s ok
I just got my lights and everything works accept for the music. There are four default songs. But I have been unable to upload any of my music to connect to Bluetooth and have no idea how to fix it!Gatorfan68!

I just got these LED strip lights and they were working fine and switching to the right colors with the app and remote but a couple hours later I tried it the the color were reversed or something? Like when I would press red on the remote it would come out as blue and same with other colors just not being the right one that I press. I unplugged it multiple times and it still doesn’t show the right color when I use the app or remote. It weird and I wish it wasn’t like that bc with the messed up colors it’s confusing, also to set times when it would light up/turn off doesn’t work. It changes every time I open the app. Overall even first downloading the app was confusing and annoying. Very nice lights in all though.DD is a real one

These lights only have three settings in the app doesn’t help at first I thought the remote was broken but when I downloaded the app and tried to change the color, it was only turning to red, yellow and green. Do not download this app and if you have the likes return them.hdhdiskzueudhf
