No notification that charging is completed
SKYCHARGER should allow a longer grace period for overnight use as it pretty much eliminates the ability to use their stations without paying excessive fees.
Support was able to promptly assist with missing notifications from their app, but idle fees make no sense in residential properties with many chargers and where spots are iced out without penalty to the ICE drivers.

No notification that charging is completed
SKYCHARGER should allow a longer grace period for overnight use as it pretty much eliminates the ability to use their stations without paying excessive fees. This is made even worse by the fact that the app does not tell you when charging is completed and your grace period begins. This can be more expensive than the charge itself!
The app is somewhat clunky and Apple Pay doesn’t work either. But if you need to charge you have no choice but to deal with its flaws.

Excellent customer support today!
Rep stayed With me for over 40 minutes to help with getting my truck to charge at this station. She was very patient and kind.

Works great
I used it in California and it worked perfectly. Are you considering expanding to more west coast sites?
I didn’t sign up to be hustled
I go to the Hilton in Latham, NY. They have two level 2 Skychargers. I don’t mind level 2 charging at this point because I’m spending the night. The ID number is slightly peeled on the charger I parked in front of so you can’t see the last digit, and the other one is mislabeled. I figure it out with some doing.
However, it says after my car is finished charging in the middle of the night plus a 30 minute grace period, they’re applying a $3 an hour charge if my car stays connected and doesn’t move. I want to get back to that screen to see if there are exceptions after I start charging but I can’t get it to appear again. I find out from the reviews that yep, they really do that. One person paid $15.
Bro, you’re really going to tell me that I’ve got to get up at 3AM or 5AM or whatever ridiculous time to move my car while I’m traveling? But I did it and I am not happy.
When the car is finished charging, fortunately my car app notifies me. I only get a notification/text from the Skycharger app *after* I disconnect the charger, not when it’s done charging. Had my car app not notified me, I wouldn’t know when charging was completed.
I don’t care if it’s Hilton’s policy or if there’s some other nonsense. This is an affront to EV drivers who just want to sleep. Sort it.

Couldn’t recognize the charger.
Nice
Top class level 2 charger
Wicked convenient.
Only smaht fellows use it.
Charger
Great easy to use
My least favorite charging app so far
This does the job, but not well. The app sometimes shows a station as occupied in list view but available when you drill down. The charge history does not indicate the rate that was charged, or break down over-stay fees if they were charged. I’ve had a station stop charging even though the charge limit was not reached, then charge for the over-stay.
