Everything works but the voice part
I admit- I haven’t called Voiply yet because I’m too busy and have my cell phone to use but- I one can hear me and I can’t hear them. I get the call, VM works great! We just can’t actually talk via the Voiply service.Voice quality

Biggest gripe is the app doesn’t allow you to access voicemail transcriptions and recordings (they are emailed to you instead). IMHO, this should be a basic/minimum requirement. Unexpected perk is that the Voiply call logs integrate with the iPhone call logs. We also like that home phone number can so SMS now via this app without giving businesses our mobile numbers. Other uses has been fine for us… we have residential home VoIP landline service but can use our iPhones as home phones whether we’re home on wifi or away on cellular data. Our quality problems seem more like problems with our Spectrum internet than with Voiply … service still works via cellular data with this app even when home internet is down/bad and home landlines are down. We moved cross country and kept our old phone number so we didn’t have to sign up for new phone service in our new town and then update all our banks and other providers.Can’t hear person

Top pro:
Works in tandem with Voiily portal on the web and Voiply calling web based calling, (VOIP) hardware residential and business phone lines.
Easy install if you know how.

Top con:
Answering calls remotely needs work. Answering calls occurs to the app when installed but has severe limitations as well. DND function is nice BUT setting gets lost/trashed when updating. Other settings get saved not this one. There no indication of DND ACTIVE.
No voicemail can be played in the app.Not Impressed
Unable to do a three-way call. Also unable to transfer calls. Not a good start here. I do subscribe to business service and had a good signal at the time.Quality
