Useless.. cannot access account without accepting free trial to add extra services!?
I received an email with a link to install this app to access my existing residential account. The email says nothing about the app forcing me into an extra line. The app so far is 100% useless since I cannot even login to my account without first accepting a 7 day free trial to add an extra unneeded line to my account. I like my Voiply service but I have to login to the website to get voicemail which is a pain in the neck. I was hoping this app would make it easier with biometric sign-in like face-ID etc, but it does not. Very disappointed to see Voiply go in this direction attempting to force added services on a paying customer like myself. 👎Konsularis

Hi Konsularis! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our app. The app is FREE for Voiply residential customers. You just need to log into your customer portal to get the QR code then scan it and everything should work as you expect. Best regards, Voiply Customer Service
