  • Great product and service

I had previously given this app a 4 instead of 5 but I’m giving it 5 again after getting support for the team.

The reason I had previously given a 4 was due to the fact that I started having issues and was unable to use my device (the most expensive one) for half a week after an update due to connecting issues over Bluetooth.

Support got back to me in a very timely manner and provided excellent step by steps which solved the bug/issue.

I like this as it’s a direct competitor to Whoop without the monthly fees (plus you get data you can easily give to your medical professionals as well as owning the device).

Keep up the good work CardioMood team and look forward to using my device for years to come (about 8 months of ownership thus far).

  • Unreliable and developers are unresponsive

The iOS app has not been functional for over a week now and the developer team has been non-responsive to the issue despite reaching out to them on a daily basis. I have 287-1b of the bracelet and the app does not display any medical data when opened, then crashes and requests to pair with the bracelet every time when reopened. I highly caution against relying on this app for medical or fitness data as the developers have been extremely unhelpful and the app has not been functional for a week and counting.

  • App not working at all and developers are unresponsive

The iOS app has not been working for three days and counting after the most recent developer updates. It immediately crashes upon opening and does not display any health related data. Beware of trusting this app if you are relying on it for medical purposes or to track medical data as the developer team has been completely unresponsive to this issue.

  • Comprehensive health data that I rely on

I’ve used CardioMood for seven months now in conjunction with an Apple Watch. I find the data gathered by the CardioMood to be comprehensive. There are some metrics that I don’t understand but power users will likely benefit from the granular HRV values logged and charted throughout the day and over time.
The Brpm, SPO2 are useful indicators of my sleep quality and how well I’m breathing. The app and bracelet are updated regularly.
The app is free to use with bracelet purchase which is a big plus.

  • Unreliable

Heart rate tracking while doing any sort of cardio has been very unreliable. I've contacted support multiple times about this but they haven't responded at all. I'd stay away from this product.
