After much trial and error I discovered that the only way to access the boiler is to be on a different network. When I use my own wifi connection to access the settings, it spools and times out. If I use cellular data or a different network access is no problem. My problem now is that I have changed out my Wi-Fi router and the app won’t give me any options to hook it back up to the new one. Total junk. Get a different boiler
