BIOMETRIC LOGIN: The next time you log in, your device will request access to use biometrics if your device supports it. Enabling this feature will allow you to login instantly with biometric authentication. ADDITIONAL FILE TYPES: During report or inquiry creation, or while messaging your union, you’ll see the “Upload files” option. This is another alternative to give your union important documents or files about the issues that affect you. INTERFACE UPDATES: Updated contact information, streamlined the onboarding process, new email styling (more coming soon on this!). OTHER MINOR IMPROVEMENTS: Enhanced security through biometric login or when changing your email. Recovered hours are surfaced on the report details page. INTRODUCING INQUIRIES: You can now quickly submit questions to your union and get the answers you need in fewer steps. UPDATED DASHBOARD TAB: Dashboard page now clearly differentiates between Reports, Inquiries, and your Drafts. FAQ NOW AVAILABLE: Have questions about the app? SMARTER NOTIFICATIONS: Notifications section includes more useful information, accurate navigation, and precise breadcrumbs to take you to your updates. IMPROVED MESSAGING: Report and Inquiry messaging sections have been remodeled for more intuitive and effective communication with your union. VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS: Now, you can withdraw your New Reports or Inquiries if you find the answer on your own and view processing dates on the Dashboard and Scoreboard. LANDSCAPE MODE FOR iPAD: Now, pilots with the app installed on their iPad tablets can rotate their phone horizontally and have access to all app features. PILOT EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS: Receive email notifications to alert you to important updates about your reports including status changes and messages from your union. VARIOUS BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS: Removed Instabug automatic pop-up, improved Account Settings organization and fixed text box obstruction for lengthy descriptions.

DARK MODE + NEW COLOR SCHEME: Users now have the ability to use the app’s dark mode either as automatically aligned with your system settings, or by forcing dark or light mode within the app. NEW PAYCODE LOOKUP FEATURE: You can now look up specific pay codes that appear on your pay stubs and get more information about what each code signifies. “CREATE REPORT” IMPROVEMENTS: Added the concept of incident date (separate from rotation start date), Increased character limit for description field to 3,000, made “Add Rotation” field more legible and accessible. LOG IN IMPROVEMENTS: Pilots without an email address on file with the union will now receive a more helpful message. PULL TO REFRESH ON HOME SCREEN: We know pilots want to see their scorecard updates, so we added pull to refresh on the home screen so you can always access the latest count. VARIOUS BUG FIXES: We’ve added several bug fixes to improve the report flow and messaging features - with many more enhancements on the horizon! We appreciate your feedback! SIGN-UP SCREEN: Implemented signup-specific screen new users will see with a button to “Create Account” as the main call-to-action. UNION BACKLOG INFO: After submitting a report, users will receive a slider with the number of reports currently in the union backlog so they can better understand where their report is in the queue. FUTURE DATE SELECTION: Users can once again select a future date in the future when creating a report. NEW CONTACT INFO: Added Safety Ph # to Contact slider. SURVEY LOGIC ADJUSTMENT: Survey will now disappear entirely after a user has closed it twice. PILOT MESSAGES BUG FIX: Pilot message replies are now showing again in the web app RELEASE VERSION: Added specific app information that will make it easier for us to isolate bugs.
