Minor inconvenient glitches
Love the simplicity and practicality of the app. Understood that it’s a fairly new app, new plants will be added eventually. Only thing that’s bumming me right now is the app shutting off when I try to view my plant list and my watering list doesn’t clear anymore after I check it off. Love this app
I really like this app! It’s like my new best friend.
A bit of context: I struggled with keeping my plants alive, and honestly I need help figuring out which plant is which. So Flora really comes in handy.
I think my favorite thing is the alert to water my plants and the tips “from mama” we get for the herbs for example.
I’m looking forward to all kinds of updates, like “plantface” recognition :) so I can know what species are in my garden; or a chat box for all kind of questions

I downloaded several plant apps similar to this one but none of them worked as well for me as Flora has. I love that I can add in a custom plant if it’s not in their database and I don’t need any approval. It’s super easy to see what I have and the watering reminders are super helpful. Helpful & Amazingly Designed!
Flora has such an awesome amount of information on plant care, that I feel so much more confident that I won’t kill my plants 😅. One awesome feature is the light descriptions! It doesn’t just tell you basic information like “filtered sun” it actually tells you what filtered sun is and how many hours of sun exposure and what direction window to put it in and how far away. Plant parents unite!!!
Ahhh my plant obsession started last year during the pandemic and I’ve been so happy to watch my plants thrive and a few that didn’t (RIP 😔) and I’ve been buying more and more and sometimes it’s so hard to keep track of when I watered them and this app helps me so much! I also now know that the window sill isn’t always the best place for every plant, they all have different light requirements, definitely recommend!!Show lesslillyt515

This app is incredible from the way it is laid out to the advice and care tips it gives you, as some one who has quite a few plants it helps lift the burden and stress of being a plant parent so you can focus on the parts you love. Wether you are a plant pro or just a beginner this app is amazingbeehceeb
Some recommendations!
I love this app already. It’s very useful, and it looks way better than the other apps I had for my plants! A minor thing that would be nice for you to add is being able to research plants on the app to see other people’s experience + how to take care of it, and allowing us to add the date we got the plant/customizable date in our diary entries. Another thing: allowing us to share our plant + click the picture we took of it so it becomes full screen. Love this app, and I hope in the future it can ask us more questions about our plants (ex; how far it’s from the window), so the app is able to better adjust a recommended water schedule itself. :)Show lessigulttay

An app I’ll actually use!! It’s so intuitive & user-friendly which other plant apps aren’t. Simple, clean design while still being sooo much more than just a reminder app. Has all the information you could possibly need on your specific plants on sunlight, watering, etc. The app even has personality & community. Finally! A plant app that works!
Florasense is amazing in that it takes into account important factors in plant care that other apps leave out. What is indirect light? Does it matter how big my pot is? Florasense asks the important questions and gives you an easy to understand answer. I love the community feature to see what others are doing with their plants. Diary features are amazing for keeping a plant journal. I use it to note any differences I may see in my plants. I can’t wait to see what updates they come up with nextShow lesscute_as_a_button_94

This app has been great for helping to keep my plant babies watered and happy. No more complicated watering schedules! The app does that heavy lifting.
I also love the diary feature. Our plants can grow and change a lot during their growing season, and I love being able to see the progress in diary form photos. From tracking growth to thought-to-be-dead plants coming back to life, it’s fun to reminisce on a plant’s journey.
