Wildly inaccurate

By level 2 it was one full sprint off on the 20m version. Verified by actual measured markings on the grounded and the Garmin beep test app.

Best way to work out fitness level

I use the app to keep track of the effect of my training on my VO2 max. It gives me a great history and overview.

Charged for the App, but not showing on phone.

After paying and downloading it, it is not showing on my phone. Not sure if this is a developer issue or Apple store issue. Will look more into it.

Hi, The app is currently only available on Apple Watch, it is still searchable however in the iPhone store as are all watch os apps. This is out of my control. I do have an iPhone version launching within the next few weeks that will be included as part of the same purchase. You can request a refund through apple. I would appreciate it if you edited your review, it’s a shame to give someone’s work 1 star when you have not even used the app.

Absolutely inaccurate.

I am in the military and downloaded this to use to get back up to speed following Covid. I used it in conjunction with the standard bleep test in our gym. Whilst I registered 8.5 on the standard bleep test, the app had me at level 16.5 in 7 minutes 47 seconds. My watch was vibrating 2 seconds for the majority of the test, meaning I should be running at 10m/s starting at level 1! Not bad if I’m Usain Bolt, but hardly a true representation of my fitness! Much work needed!

HI, I'm so sorry to hear about the issue you are having. Something sounds like it went wrong with the app, as the timings should not be that fast at all. Are you able to email beeptestwatch+spencer@chocolab.com.au with what version of watchOS you are running as well as which apple watch model? Edit: Th email I mentioned has been having issues, if you emailed and I did not respond, can you message help@checkyourlist.app?
