An Intuitive Mobile App that can operate either online or offline so that employees in remote areas can report incidents without an internet connection. Capture any type of incident, hazard, near miss using custom forms. Gather the relevant information: • Automatic address generation using GPS • Capture data from lists, free text etc. • Image capture and annotation • Anonymous recording • Notify the appropriate people when an incident is reported.
