The app itself is great, replays and great live streams but I wish they would add a more custom feel to it such as selecting your favorite teams and getting your teams live streams or replays at the front page instead of maneuvering through the UI, notifications for those teams playing as well would be nice too, this app is great but has much more potential

Free Rugby App - I’m stoked
I just discovered this App. As a Kiwi this is a great way to follow the MLR. I’ve enjoyed seeing the rugby improve over the last few years. Go the Free Jacks!!!
Not good
Sometimes it’ll work, but most times it’ll crash or just not connect to the internet, even though my internet works just fine. Every time I open the app I get an error message, telling me to check my internet connection. I’ll close the app and reopen it, and I get the same message. I’ll turn off my wifi and turn it back on, then open the app, and I get the same message. I’ll turn off my phone completely and turn it back on, then open the app, and I still get the same error message.
The few times I’m able to open it without that error message, and I try to watch a live game or replay, then I’ll get another error message saying “can’t play at this time” or to check my internet connection.
This app is no good, you’re better off using the website or using FloRugby.

Worthless
I did not pay for this app because the app is not even half baked. But, good thing I didn’t. The dang Premiership Championship wasn’t even broadcasted. Y’all said this app would be free, then charged for it, monthly. Even the MLR games. THEN, you made only the MLR games free after the early backlash, which is not nearly enough in my opinion because not all of them were on here. Then, you said all of the premiership rugby games would be broadcasted…which was a LIE. A few Northampton games were not present, not including the final championship.
Seriously, you killed rugby in the USA. Forget you guys.. I can’t wait for this app to be gone and MLR games to be broadcasted someplace else. I can’t wait for the premiership games to be broadcasted someplace else too.

Constantly broken feed
What a terrible app and service! Picture quality often unwatchable. Frequently have to resign in for app to update. When finally get the app to start, feed often freezes mid game forcing you to restart! Replays take days to load onto the service! How did this organization secure rights to Gallagher premiership? One of the worst decision that the RFU made allowing this company take over US rights. No infrastructure, no engineering quality, no service!

Updated Review
App is now working perfectly. After further resets to believe this was a backend issues with another service provider of then. That’s seems to have been resolved and the logon and app menus are working as expected.
This Network/App is worthless
A lot of family from all over the country trying to watch our GCU student start in the Women’s CRAA D1 Championship game in Houston and NOTHNG WORKS. It isn’t user error, because we’re all having the same error messages trying to log in. Thanks a lot Rugby Network channel for ruining our chance to see her start in a championship game in her freshman year at GCU.

Needs a major update
This app is TERRIBLE. it doesn’t load videos properly. You end up having to quit and re-open the app multiple times. However when you go back to the video is starts off from the beginning of the match instead of live view. You can’t alter or modify and subscriptions through the app. There’s no way to airplay. You can only cast to certain tvs (very limited.) you can’t watch on more than one device at a time and for some reason it doesn’t register when you’re not watching on an old device and if you close the app browser, it’s gonna give you an error. The website is even worse. No videos load at all. It takes ages for the site to load to a black screen.

It’s pretty bad
It’s too bad matches aren’t with NBC and Peacock anymore. I used to watch only a few here and there on Rugby Network, but now that I have to rely solely on this app it is a huge pain. Almost never works correctly on here and the Apple TV app is even worse. It’s a shame this is the only way to watch rugby now. 👎🏼

Useless Globant
Globant has ruined it for me. They managed to discontinued recording capabilities for fans to spread awareness of the MLR all over the states. And the quality of watching each game is very poor. Last year was much much better. Get rid of Globant.
