    Unable to add my card to apple pay because the page doesn’t load
  • Cant even log in. Says i have too many attempts. So it was temporarily closed. After an hour it’s the same.
  • App not working

    Wont load the homepage to login even. Just a blank blue screen everytime i try to open it, on wifi on 5G in bahrain in saudi, same result. Nothing…
    Update:
    The bank just sent an sms text to update the app. I did, and it still doesnt work
  • App refuses to open

    I have no idea if this was because of the previous update or not, but the app refuses to app on my phone now. I haven’t used it for around 3 months, but whenever I open the application the screen is blue the whole time and wouldn’t go into the login screen or anything. Disconnecting my internet shows an error page with a reload button but that doesn’t change anything. Can we get a fix for this? I can’t transfer money from my debit card at this rate.

  • Total waste

    BBK already had a top fully functional app. Why replace it and a launch a new app that is not ready. It keeps crashing all the time. A connection issue is present all the time not to mention the previous layout of the app was more user friendly.
  • App crashes when attempting to transfer

    Since this “new app” came online and you are no longer able to use the old one, I am only able to log in and see my account. When attempting to make a transfer, I select the recipient and confirm, then the app crashes and closes. Every Time. It is no use if you cannot use it.
  • Bad UX

    Although this is better than the old app, the UX and animations are a disaster on this app. Also, when are we getting proper 2FA?

    Thank you for your feedback and we will raise your comments to the concerned department. The Dual-Factor Authentication is not available for the new application as the OTP method is used for logging in and setting the device. It is also implemented for other transactions and processes such as approving the beneficiaries and conducting transfers.
  • Worst update ever!

    So all of a sudden the old app is changed into this piece off none sense that doesn’t let me log in.
    I go all the way to the bank only to be informed that GCC citizens are locked out of e-banking until NO further notice. What’s the solution, I ask? All I get back are empty stares!!!!!! Livid!!!!
