I was very glad I had downloaded this app once the ministry removed its channel on YouTube several weeks ago. However, the features on the app do not work reliably at all and their doesn’t seem to be any diligent oversight to improve the functions on the app. This is disappointing for those of us who would like to download videos on the app (since it is the only option for the ministry) to see and hear later, not just as a livestream source. There is a tech support option in the app where users can leave their feedback on function failures, but they are all old. The app is a great idea, but it doesn’t function properly for download and playback. March 31, 2024 Update. I wanted to follow up since my initial review. The feedback section is being used to post any and all updates to members. The turnaround for troubleshooting is actually quite good. There have been times where livestream audio was diminished or failing in some way and troubleshooting took place quickly all thanks to the proper use of the tech support feature. Bravo for that! There have been more restrictions rolled out since the app launched, but that is understandable. There are so many ways that people can steal content that doesn’t belong to them these days. I download the messages on the mobile app and listen throughout the day which is a huge blessing. Thank you for all you do.Show lessSt T2
