Extraordinarily Impressive Crypto Trading App
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of So I filed a report on MarianDiana41 (at) Gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. Hello, I'm not allowed to withdraw my money that's stealing, and doesn't make any sense why you guys are not allowing people to withdraw their funds yet you created the app.Blockchain is a joke
I had Sofi and I could see all of my investments on there. They moved everything to blockchain and it blocked me from being able to see my investments. It’s been 3 months and I can’t get ahold of anyone. I can’t log on. I go in circles trying to create an account. No help whatsoever. I just want my money back.Jeff and Rachel Williams
Allow people withdraw their funds
You guys strict people from withdrawing their money, especially the west Africa if you guys don’t support then allow us withdraw our funds from the app when deposited I see no reason why we can’t take our money with the poor team always saying the same thing for years!!!Terrible- don’t waste time or money
It’s overall a decent (at best) app. Easy to navigate, a little confusing at first for beginners. HOWEVER… it will cost you at least $9-10 in Fees alone to withdraw your money. So unless you’ve got thousands to play with, don’t bother!ClaytonR10
Now of these blockchain apps work for me
I don’t even know how to obtain a 12 word phrase. I’ve already created an account and password and it didn’t work. It asked for a phrase which I’ve never made so I can’t ever log in I guess. I guess I lost all my crypto that was in Sofi because of this for now. They said I had to start using blockchain. This takes too much time to deal with right now. I’ll just wait for a reply.I have balance on my BTC but I can’t send out

Fix your application
You guys should fix your application and allow people withdraw your their money.. you guys didn’t verify my details and yet we can withdraw our funds out of the account which really bad . Stop taking our money that’s not nice I love this app but this is not nice and certainly not happy about it atleast allow people withdraw their money.
