Disappointed with care
I’m concerned with the level of care that they provide. $1000 to find out that my child needed a certain type of therapy that I told them she needed right away. Then they questioned my child’s medical diagnosis and told me that based off their 15 minute interaction with her they believe that their assessment is correct, rather than years and years of medical history.Doesn’t work
I can not access messages - spins and fails then when I do get in it does work thereafter. Very frustrating when I need updates to appointments.Initial consult = sales pitch
Had our initial consultation - which we paid $90 for. This 30 minute meeting was time for Little Otter to tell us how they work, what they do, who we will interact with, how to download the app, and scheduling of future visits. At the end we were pushed to buy a "pack" of visits (without ever meeting the therapist we would work with) to save money.
I feel like we paid $90 for someone to pitch their service to us. It soured our impression of the app and the business behind it. We would much rather interact with a business that does not charge us for sales pitches.
