Can’t login or reset password

The app worked at first but recently won’t let me sign in, I tried to reset my password but it just won’t work properly. I put my information and it just refreshes to the same page. Very frustrating.

Annoying app

This app is very annoying to use. It stops the video all the time even though my network connections is good. It’s not responsive to rotating your phone and even if you click on the button to go into full screen mode it doesn’t stay that way for subsequent videos if your watching one video after another using the Continue button. You can’t use the control to speed up the video as it goes back to regular speed after a few seconds. And overall the interface is quite poorly developed. I’ve used other course delivery apps and they have worked much better.

Not fit for purpose / unusable

Turning landscape on mobile you can’t scroll, and it blocks off the bottom of a page, real good feature.

If you pinch to zoom and have the slightest drag left or right the page then skips back or forwards.

The complete box at the bottom of a page is obstructing info on that page.
Also the complete box isnt always clickable because the page doesn’t actually scroll down far enough.

Horrible horrible user experience on a mobile.

No Airplay or casting option

I think the user interface is very simple and straightforward, however, it is disappointing that the mobile app has no airplay or casting option for videos. I prefer to watch courses on a bigger screen so I can easily read the text on slides and take notes.

Dysfunctional

Download feature doesn’t work. The lesson discussion area isn’t included in the app version. The rest of the layout was decent but being able to view the course on the go is the entire point of using an app instead of the browser.

Not working

I buyed a trainning program and tje app is not working. Worthless

Trouble signing in

App always sign me out of the paid course and then getting issues to sign back in again.

Ok but a big problem

So when I started it was for my fiddle work but it’s not updating anymore so I’m falling behind.😢

Needs library concept

Kajabi & Skool both allow users to link all of their courses from various content providers. Thinkific is the only one that doesn’t even let me find a single one…I’ve bought courses from 4 different instructors and can’t find any from the app

Audio? Houston, we have a prob—- Houston? Can you hear me?

My Thinkific course simply doesn’t work (play with audio) if connected to my Airpods (pro). Not sure who’s to blame here… Thinkific, Apple, or the course creator, but either way it’s a rather basic feature for Thinkific to recognize needs resolving. It seems unreasonable to develop a mobile app if it won’t function with wireless audio hardware.
