Cooldown: Time your drinks

Cooldown guides you toward moderation by helping you drink at a reasonable pace. Slowing down each drink can help you avoid embarrassment, hangovers, and blackouts. With Cooldown, you can: - Count each of your drinks, using your iPhone or Apple Watch - Set a target time between drinks - View a running average time per drink, and an average time per completed drink - Review every drink you've had since you started your session This app does NOT give you an estimate of your blood alcohol content (BAC). If you've had anything to drink, DO NOT drive or do anything else that's illegal or dangerous while under the influence. No one involved in the creation of this app is a doctor, and this app shouldn't be used for medical purposes, or as a replacement for treating alcoholism.
