Great potential, but can’t get in!

Downloaded the app yesterday & added my first record. Provided a simple framework for recording sleep, wellness & notes... exactly what I was after.
All subsequent attempts to log in (password required each time) give me an “Invalid Credentials” alert, though I’m certain the password is correct!! Cannot find a way to reset password or access the app, and couldn’t find a contact to help me unlock!
Disappointing. Gone back to scrawling in my paper diary.
