  • Readings Are Off

I don’t think this app reads driving correctly. If on a multi-lane highway & the speed is 70 mph & suddenly another car jumps in front of you, with no signals & you put on your brakes to make sure there’s no accident, this app claims Excessive Braking! Would they prefer we crash? I live near an S curve. If one takes the corners the way the road is formed, we will get hit by the oncoming cars that stay too close to the center lines. It has been that way for over 50 yrs. To protect ourselves, we stay closer to shoulder, on each corner. This app reads it as Hard Cornering! My neighborhood is off of a busy road. To left turn into that road, one cannot creep out or we will get hit. We will be waiting hours for a completely free road, if we waited to creep out. They claim Harsh Acceleration! We’d never get anywhere, according to how this app reads us. All of my drives have been 5 stars, a perfect score. Yet, they don’t give me a 100. I get a 70! I really don’t think this app is working correctly.
  • Very Informative App

The app works well and is true to my driving habits. Only complaint I have is to the speeding portion. I was driving on Arkansas back roads last month following the 55 MPH speed limit on the two lane highways. There were several times when a car came up behind me speeding and right on my bumper. If I had to stop quickly that car would have hit me. There were also cars passing me in no passing zones that had no idea what oncoming cars and/or trucks were coming. Had I been able to drive with the speed of the traffic without worrying about being tapped for speeding, I would have felt much saver.
  • App helps me get better gas mileage

I normally drive the speed limit in the right lane and have plenty of room in front. Since paying attention to the app, I use cruise control all the time. I usually end up in the same place, in the same time as people driving like nuts. The end result is 33mpg in my Honda CR-V, and my wife just got 23 mpg in her Nissan Murano. We normally drive togeather, and she has problems working the app.. She was raised by her father who worked for the justice dept. And was tracked where ever she went and had a problem using the app in the beginning. She has come to think of it as a tool for improving her driving habits.
