Good but far from perfect
Edit - Dropped review to 2 stars as the Apple Watch app is pointless. Can’t even have you ticket on it. So can’t leave iphone at home.
Can’t add a bus ticket to apple wallet so if battery on phone goes won’t be able to use ticket and get home etc Wallet allows travel passes to show for several hours after battery is dead and allows contactless smooth usage ie with a express travel card pass set in settings/wallet you don’t have to open an app or double click any iphone buttons, you just hold the iphone or Apple Watch near the travel terminal and it automatically reads it. The card/travel pass can be added to express travel in settings/wallet. Adding bus ticket to wallet would make life easier. Shame it will never happen. Hence the 3 star review.

Terrible for journey planning
It’s great for buying e-tickets but the journey planner and timetable gives you buses that are cancelled and tracks buses that suddenly disappear off the map (and then don’t continue the route) - but as a means of planning your journey this is a terrible app that does not seem to keep in touch with what services are and are not running.

Need Fixing Immediately
Tracking a bus simply does not work. Turning this feature on makes the app lag and crash repeatedly and uses copious amounts of data. I spent 15 mins attempting to track my bus to work and used 1.2GB of data and got nowhere.

It’s hard to understand at the beginning but after a while it’s worth it as it tells you the exact time the bus would get there and also let’s you track the buses n so much more and pay for your bus ticket as well and so much more
One thing:
I like this app but the only thing is it’s very expensive to use when you don’t have a car and need a bus to go around on.

Buses
While you’ve made it slightly easier to track the buses, you still fail to let us know if buses cancel, you’ll have people waiting for about half hour to an hour longer waiting for another bus because the one they were meant to get never turned up.
You should send push notifications for buses that people are interested in.

Would be great if it worked
Needs reinstalling every time I use. Clear Bus direction of travel would be a great idea. A simple small icon rather than a naff large cheesy bus
So would buses that actually exist ie turn up on time or at least when the app tells you they will turn up.
Favourite stops could be included. Estimated time to Bus stop required could be useful.

Big improvement
Used the older app for a few years and when I switched over to this one I have had no problems and I can track my bus a lot easier. UI was a little tricky to get the hang of.
Much worse than the old app
The new app doesn’t track buses the vast majority of the time, which the old one did much better. The UI isn’t user friendly and overly complicates things - the developers haven’t done a good job with this one.
