App update.
Just updated the app after being offered it within the app and now it doesn’t work at all. Good effort.

This app was working just fine before the update but since the new update, it no longer works at all.
I got logged out, don’t know my PIN, can’t get back in
I’m supposed to fill this out, but I have no idea what my PIN was. The app logged me out some time ago and I can’t get back in! There’s no password recovery or anything that I can find… Can anyone help me?
Buggy still
Seems ok but when coming out of the app partway through an assessment’s text answer, going back in the text box wouldn’t appear. Tried closing app fully but no change. Was going to delete the app but of course all data would be lost so instead tried starting a different assessment but it warns I’d lose the other assessment’s data. So then I logged out and in again - all existing data lost! Please change so that logging out doesn’t lose data on incomplete assessments.
