Our mission is to create 100,000 new millionaires by 2030 through asset ownership and financial literacy. With NYCE: REIFY (Real Estate Investing For You), you can own a piece of $500 million-plus of real estate. For as little as $100. By downloading REIFY (“ree-fi”), you can own alongside professional athletes, executives, professional investors in $500 million-plus of real estate, including high rises, luxury buildings and more. -------- MISSION: Since launching in March 2020, NYCE has become the fastest real estate company to sell $1 million-plus in micro shares (Reg. CF), creating 2000 first-time real estate owners of color in a pandemic. -------- TRACK INVESTMENT: With our app, you can pick and choose the amount you want to buy in each real estate property—and then track the growth of the portfolio over its lifetime. -------- WEALTH GAP: Real estate ownership has powered 90% of million-dollar fortunes for decades. Our mission is to help you kickstart your investing career through ownership of assets—just like the 1%. -------- COMMUNITY: Our investor community automatically enters our wealth-building community, with exclusive events, group chats, mentorship, coaching and more. “The mission for Michael is to create a $1bn millennial-owned real estate community by 2024, with business remaining on an upward curve, he’s well on target to achieve that aim.” Powered by our mission to reduce the wealth gap, NYCE and its founders have been featured on the largest platforms, including Forbes, Business Insider, The Guardian, Entrepreneur, CNBC, and more. -------- DISCLAIMER - REIFY, LLC is owned and maintained by NYCE Group, Inc., which is not a registered broker-dealer. Reviews of NYCE

  • Bad comments and ratings are deleted

My friend and me have been in this since the beginning. We posted our critic views or comments on what we think about this company, and I think they thought it was a bad for them and found a way to delete it. I think that money invested in NYCE is going to take very long time to even start generating returns, and much longer to generate profits or making anybody a millionaire They are not inventing the wheel about investing in real estate. They won’t do any different than many real estate apps and companies out there already generating income for their investors. By law those companies (such as Fundrise and others) can’t discriminate for the color of their skin, and they try to generate the most for their investors because thats how they compete and stay alive. I hope not, but this company (NYCE)are more taking advantage than helping minorities because of lack of their lack of education in investing.
  • Can’t Invest

I’ve had this app downloaded for months now but there are no properties to invest in. They all have been “added to my wishlist” with no word as to when they’ll become available to invest in. There’s also nowhere in the app to reach out to customer service either. It’s very frustrating and making me search for other investment options.
  • Very interesting!

It really is the Robinhood of real estate. Hop on the bandwagon it’s never to late.
