  • Works.

    App works perfectly.

    After reading the bad reviews I can only imagine it is user error.
  • Very Unstable

    App and charger constantly dropping out, just when you want to charge. Support is there and responds promptly but with inane responses which don’t actually answer your question.

    If my problem of constant dropouts isn’t solved soon it’s going on ebay.
  • Messing with people’s lives!

    I have had the unfortunate experience of having an ICS charger for 2 years now and I am at breaking point. If I’d have known how poor the app is prior I would not have purchased the ICS charger. Always as soon as Apple have an update or ICS have an issue, I can’t charge the car until they sort it and that means days of work, missed appointments, no school run. You really need to get your act together.

  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

    This app is a headache. Its stuck on the sign-in page and therefore I cannot charge my car. No customer support. The RFID card says ‘invalid authorisation’
    Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
  • The worst!

    Terrible charger and app to boot! Customer service is non existent and if you do choose to use I’d say expect to be visiting charging stations as home charging (which is the point of this) is intermittent at best. This is not intelligent charging!! I inherited this as we bought a new build but so wish we brought our easee car charger from our previous house (so much easier!) to charge

  • App freezes on sign in page

    Not good that whenever you need to charge your vehicle the App just freezes on sign in page
  • Rubbish!

    Keeps loosing contact very slow sending commands after sending multiple time. Does not work with iPhone password chain or face password. I would not give it 1 star but that’s the minimum excepted.

    Honestly terrible, the app randomly stops working and you need to delete the app and re-register which means re-syncing with the EV charger.

    Avoid both the chargers and the app.
  • Avoid

    The app, the charger, customer service if you can ever get anyone to answer the phone, absolutley horrendous for a so called “premium product” had problem after problem and now the app won’t even do anything! If it’s not randomly disconnecting the app just won’t do anything at all including signing you in.
    I very rarely complain but this product and app is absolutely garbage.

  • Poor

    Having to keep deleting and reinstalling the app to set my start time. I have experienced issues with the app since I first had an iCS charger installed. Not impressed.
