Sorry 1* as you’ve made something that was easy, much harder. I know some people will find this a none issue but there are people that will find this Change challenging. Having just gone on the app I noticed I couldn’t easily autofill my details on my iPhone as I could previously, it was ok a few days ago. it used to pop up above the keyboard, press it and would log in. but now asks to press autofill, then add passcode it goes into all passwords then you have to press on email then you have to do the same again for the password, it’s now a long process for something that took a second, it took me a while to figure out as no app/website I’ve used has had this system, hence never used it. why has this changed, why do you make it harder for people. My mum has just tried this and struggled to do it, so of course I’ll be either having to take her card to top up for her or I’ll have to go up to hers and having to log her into the app! Please will you think about all the people that are not up on all the technology and that get used to doing things a certain way. My mum has only recently got used to the app having used it for a for a while and was doing ok with it. Not everyone has help to do things and not everyone is able to easily go to a shop to top up. Not to mention you’ve made a simple job so much harder to do. Stop changing things

Hey there we'd love to try and fix this for you and this is not a generic response. Have you tried logging online if the app is still causing you issues, using google chrome only.
