Waste of time
Absolutely awful app & service. I can’t get any help. I spent hours trying to get support, and it’s impossible to speak to a person. After much perseverance, being shoved from app to website and back again, finally got through to a chat bot which was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Much perseverance later I got to email an actual human who barely understood English. They would email me 20 mins later, I would reply and wait another 20 mins. I was planning on taking contracts out on my Apple Watch, my iPhone & iPad, but they have lost my custom! What’s the point if customer service is almost negligible?
