I like giffgaff, until it comes to the app and the website, also known as logging in to change details and buy credit/data etc. I have used giffgaff on and off since I was 13, now 21, and every single time over the years that I have tried to log in, there has been an issue. I can’t ever just log in and simple as that, there’s always a problem on giffgaff’s end, consistently, preventing me from logging in. Sometimes, it’s urgent, and I need to top up on credit urgently in order to call someone etc, but giffgaff won’t let me log in. It ruins everything about the service - because what’s the point in having a good service if you can’t access your account to buy the good service??
