It can help diagnose any problems you might be having with your service. And that’s not all. • It can quickly share information with the customer care agent to reduce troubleshooting time. • It can help identify whether the issue you’re experiencing is internal or external. • You can give the customer care agent temporary access to your hub to make any configuration changes which might be required*. • There is a photograph tool meaning you can share images of your hub setup. *This can only be done with your consent, and whilst the app is open
