I like paying this game I’m not in any team because I like to play when I feel like it but the higher level are getting increasingly harder it must have taken me at least 250 tries over a week to get past level 59 so I just leave it a few days then come back when I feel like it…Eurowire
You just don’t get it
You just can’t seem to get it clear that you have made such a fun game to play but make it close to impossible to enjoy due to the several layers you make in one play to actually win without having to use your diamonds or keep purchasing more money to keep playing the game.
Why? Don’t you want people to play your app,? I am at a loss I truly love the ingenuities you have in the way it is built but it is so costly to keep playing. Please take a. Look at it and make it so we can enjoy your gameShow lessTLC10/57

I have been playing Matching Story and I have loved this game. I have been addicted to this game. I have spent thousands of dollars on this game. I was playing it on both my iPad and my iPhone. I decided I just wanted to have one game so I pressed the button to “Save My Progress”. INSTANTLY the game merged, and both devices were on the same level. The HORROR and DANGER here is that none of my power ups, boosters, diamonds, treasure, chests, and purple gems did not Merge over. I have been trying to work with the HELP PEOPLE and I believe all they’re doing is just swinging a carrot in front of my face and they’re not going to give me back my items because I don’t know my ID number for the game that was on my iPhone. This was not a small amount of items. It was probably at least $500 worth of items that I am probably never going to get back at the rate there dealing with me. Just be sure to take a screenshot of your ID number on the device you’re playing on or else you will have to go through this. Caution..Show lessPeacockMama

Recently found this game and I can’t stop playing! I love that not only is there the merge portion but also the puzzle levels!! And MOST importantly there are NO adds between each level! I have downloaded and then removed lots of games on my phone because of the ridiculous amount of ads. I don’t mind a few here and there but between each level is nonsense! I am truly impressed!
An update was processed recently which updated the shop and fixed some internet connection issues. The update for the shop, to me, was just horrible. It raised costs considerably and there were no adjustments made for us. I stated my concerns and even was going to stop playing the app. I must say I was genuinely impressed when I was replied to and the representatives who heard my complaints and issues! They processed another update making what I though was some significant to the changes in the shop! I must say I have never had such awesome feedback and such a positive experience with an app! I cannot express my gratitude enough for listening to my concerns and what I felt many others would not like then to make changes accordingly! I now feel the shop changes are mostly to our benefits and the cosmetic changes are awesome as well. I will definitely continue to play and encourage others to play as well. And please if you have any concerns express them. They will listen. As far as I am concerned customer support deserves many more than 5 stars!Show less52carolld
Changes are a rip off!
I’ve had this game for quite a while and really liked it. I have to be careful because I have at times overspent to get additional turns in a close game, extra lives or matching items. Now I’m seeing horrible changes to the way matching items can be “purchased” with earned points. Items that were 100 points are no longer available and items now cost several hundred up to thousands of points while the ability to earn points has been reduced. The whole point in to facilitate in-app purchases. I will be deleting this game and avoiding any downloads from this developer.Show lessjetzgal
Coin shop
I do not like the new coin shop, it costs a lot more coins to buy things and I hate getting new items all the time when I have so many items of two but never get the third to merge them and I’m running out of room. I have bought several things and I know you need to make money but I am not rich by any means. If I run out of room I will be deleting this game and I really like itShow lessMayzee❤️
Latest update is horrific!
I have been a dedicated player for a while now. Despite issues with internet connection I remained loyal and could not wait to play when this was fixed. I was elated when I was able to play until I seen the update with the shop. Is is complete unrealistic! Items went from 100 coins to up to 2000 coins! And there was no increase in coins for game play. How are we supposed to purchase these items at such a marked increase? We cannot. We just have to do without. Not a great option. Even the few items that increased by 50 coins will cause a big dent in time. And those are very few. Most items increased from 100 to 200 through 1000. I do not believe I will continue playing. If you could do something so outrageous without forethought of the impact it would have on the players. I would hate to think you thought of the impact and you processed the increases anyways. I am truly upset and disappointed in this update and what you did to us. I hope you will reconsider and change the costs back to previous amounts. I was enjoying this game and then this morning I wake up to a HUGE price increase. You earn coins from solving puzzles which you use to buy extra items to make matches. Each day the Shop gets new items. They ranged from 100 - 400 coins with one special item being 2000 coins. Now items that were 200 are 500, ones that were 400 are 2000. Yet you still only earn 100 coins for solving a puzzle. I will be looking for a new game.Show lessDisappointed in this download
