I deposited money to play this bingo game and after allowing me to play a few games I received a message stating that my state doesn’t allow playing bingo online for cash. I had a balance of $34 and all I wanted was my money returned to me that I had deposited. I didn’t want any winnings. The game had no problem letting me make a deposit but customer support refused to refund me my money. I was given several excuses as to why they wouldn’t give me MY money back. I should have made sure I could play online so I will take this as a lesson learned. People like this have no problem ripping off an honest customer.

I had one account on pocket7games and one account on this app both under the same email address which was allowed. These platforms allow you to log in with the same email address through all the apps. As soon as I withdrew my money on this they banned me for “inappropriate behavior” which is ridiculous I did nothing wrong! Don’t ever accuse me of something like that. Not cool.Show lessMissKaliWali

I used to like the game. Was able to deposit a relatively amount play of it for awhile. I was matched with people who might be similar to me. And now all of a sudden, I’m matched with people who score stupid high, which makes no sense especially in games like tile blitz. I feel bots are playing and winning now not an average person. Be very careful in this game like it’s sister game that looks exactly and plays exactly the same. There are bots that end up winning and scoring almost twice as much as you can even when you’ve had a perfect game.
A number of times I’ve had a blackout and only to be beat by somebody who scored 20,000 more and there was no way they could do that!
So be careful of giving your money to them because I think they’ll let you lose a number of games so they can make moneyShow lessssmee7

Do not spend money in this game. It appears to make you lose more when you do in order to get you to spend more. In my opinion this game is a rip off. No matter hose well you play they are going to make sure you lose whether they have to use real players against you or not.rayf27

when you watch ads for the prizes don’t get me wrong i do enjoy it but i hate how it used to give me thousands of tickets and now it only gives me like a hundred. same with the sparkles and compasses. i used to get 10-20 now it’s only 5. the ad lounge only gives you one prize per video now.Developer Response

So this game by far is the best designed to daub although if you become pretty good it’s almost impossible to win when you get a score of 60,750. I currently have lost 25 matches in a row in which I’ve got a score of 61k.+. The response on this review will be they pair you up with somebody equal. I would like to hear from the designer what exactly this means. If it’s wins and losses, my last loss I was paired up with somebody who was 14-6 in the last 20 and I was 8-12-definitely not equal. One other note my top 15 scores on this app I’ve lost every one of them. Again I don’t understand. I’ve sent a few messages via customer service. Twice on a match the opposing Avatar’s name was MrDntPlay. Not cool to do this. Anyway thank you for your time.Show lessHarley000007

I’ll advice y’all to stay away from these thieves when you win a huge sum they will look for ways not to pay it to you. I won $9k from this game after giving up everything else yet they refused to pay it to me claiming that I have double accounts . They give u the option to use thesame email on all the other three apps bingo cash, battle n pocket7 that’s just what I did n they told me I forfeit my winnings by doin that . USER BEWARE: Avia Games promotes 3 separate apps (bingo battle, bingo clash, and pocket 7 games) in which all bingo cash games are intertwined (you might accidentally play yourself if you’re using all 3 apps). They allow you to log in with the same email address through each app, without repercussions. However, you will automatically be logged out of the current app to log in to the next. This is great if you are expecting long delays in your cash games. However, the second you start winning (without a cash deposit), your account is automatically flagged. When you try to withdraw any of your winning, you are automatically denied for “suspicious activity”. I was up to almost $300 and Several mornings later
I received a notice that “your account has been banned for fraudulent activity”. You are unable to claim any winning OR your cash deposits. No warning or emails sent. This is a SCAM when the company allows you to log in to all 3 apps using one account. “Bingo Battle” also provides a statement saying that while you can use your account from another avia games app, they will not share any data”. Please learn from my Mistake. This was easily my favorite bingo cash game but now that my account has been banned, I can no longer create any new accounts using the same IP address in which they track while you play, then automatically ban when you start winning again.
