I keep login into my noupia
But it doesn’t permit me login

My login info is correct
I even reset my password
And logged in with the new password
It still doesnt log me in

Noupia scam

Deposited money into my account yesterday and it was deducted from my momo account but nothing reflected on my noupia account. So i contacted noupia customer service but the keep telling m e to be patient since yesterday and now today their app is no more opening🤦‍♂️. What a shameful app to wait yr time n money on.

Don’t Fall For This Scam Guys!!’

So, I have been using Noupia for over a year and in the beginning the app was cool (except for its high charges) but of late the app has turn into a hot mess likely now a scam, you buy virtual cards and you can’t use it because it’s rejected everywhere and every goddamn minute there’s always a sort of maintenance, they eliminated their mastercards with no compensation whatsoever to the many customers who still had money in them and made us buy new cards for 6000XAF where they are useless till this date because the cards are rejected EVERYWHERE. Apple should honestly shut this app down.

Don’t download this app

For more than a month I have been unable to use my card with balance in my card . The customer service is the worst I mean the worst. They reply after a day or two and don’t reply in many occasions giving you vague answers. This app has several issues which I can even start naming. The card issue is just terrible which is the main service this app offers and it’s not functional, it’s really ironical. You can’t deposit to your card, you can’t withdraw from the card if you already deposited, you can’t use the card, you can’t add the card to a new gmail, and on top of that they will still charge you to create a new card with all these issues. NOUPIA refund you le customers and take a while off to fix your issues then come back. If not I don’t advice anyone download this app, it will only ruin your online purchases.
