I deposited money into my account a day ago, the money has been deducted from my main mobile money account but my Noupia account balance has not change yet. How long do you take to recharge an account? I have been waiting since yesterday and nothing has entered my account in the Noupia app. This should be rectified immediately. Thank you

Hello naph. We apologize for the delay. When you deposit into your Noupia account from your Mobile Money, kindly be patient for a few minutes. If you still haven't received the funds in your Noupia account, click on the "Emergency" icon on the App and proceed.

Their rates are horrendeous.. Service is poor. Their assistance is super slow. And to crown the negatives, they disappeared some of my funds, as I was trying to withdraw everything. The app is a potato app.

Doesn’t work
For the last 5 days I’ve been trying to verify my information on the app to start using it and still nothing. The idea of this app is good but implementation isn’t.

Amazing.
So far your services are outstanding. I mean it’s simply the best of its kind. I’m loving it because the Noupia service is something I see still in development and it just keeps getting better after every update. When I first got the app it was buggy and laggy but the latest update fixed about 90% of that which is impressive. The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star is because of one request I have. I know it’s a difficult one and personally it doesn’t matter how long it takes. Let’s be able to receive payments via PayPal.
