Thank you for your comment and we apologise for the problem you've had! There is no premium subscription on our app as everything is free for all to use. There was a small issue with your account labelling which has now been fixed - you will now be able to re-sync your accounts. Really odd
Honestly this worries me about the direction they’re moving in. From experience with Moneyhub, I wouldn’t trust it to manage my accounts as it’s been buggy in the past.

Very clunky, slow and illogical
At the latest refresh all my accounts had disappeared.
Can really not recommend.

We are really sorry about this. Open Banking regulations mean that you need to provide us with the right to access your bank account or other account data every 90 days. As such you will need to re-authenticate your connections within the app every 90 days. Please email us as enquiries@bigexchange.com and we can give you a hand with it.
