Fitness at its best 💖
This is been a complete game changer for me. I’ve lost weight, toning up, feeling more motivated and energised, and loving loving life again. Each week there is a schedule posted, which I generally follow to the “T”, which includes a variety of low and impact exercises. The brilliant thing with Belle, is that she pushes you to bring your best to each session, but within reason to your ability, so will always give low impact options, particularly if you’re recovering from injury etc.
Belle is just delightful, she’s energising and inspiring. Highly recommend this app to everyone!
